Hosting

The site runs on a dedicated server in the data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) sits in front of it as a content delivery network and attack protection, and processes your IP address in doing so. When you open a page, the server stores technical access data (IP address, time of the request, browser and operating system, referring page) in order to deliver the site securely and detect attacks (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The transfer to Cloudflare in the USA is based on EU standard contractual clauses. Logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

Links to tour operators

Some links lead to Fresh Adventures. They may contain a partner ID so that the operator can attribute a booking to us. Only when you click such a link do you leave our site; from then on the operator's own privacy policy applies, and the operator usually sets its own cookies. We never learn your name or your booking or payment details.
